Libby Wuller, an Oklahoma native, is one of the founding team members at Quorum, a startup focused on analyzing Congressional data to help government relations professionals better understand Capitol Hill. Over the past three years, Quorum has grown into a fully integrated public affairs software platform that enables organizations to launch grassroots advocacy campaigns, manage stakeholder engagement, and monitor Washington, Brussels, all 50 states, and thousands of cities around the country.

Outside her work at Quorum, Libby spends time advocating for women and young people’s role in government. She currently serves as the youngest board member of both MaverickPAC and RightNow Women PAC, conservative organizations aimed at electing young and female leaders to Congress, respectively. Libby is also a Women in Government Relations co-chair for the PACs, Politics, and Grassroots task force and serves on committees for the State Government Affairs Council and the Washington Area State Relations Group.
